Tickets are sold by the organiser Trend Speaker Services Ltd, UK VAT number 180901615, registered in England as company number 8792727, at 121 Heath Street, London NW3 6SS. Our ticketing partner is Fienta Ticketing OU. The producer of THE FIX is VOYAGERS.io Ltd, registered at 121 Heath Street, London NW3 6SS. Tickets are intended for participants who are working in an area of health-tech, and the organiser reserves the right to refuse to sell tickets to, or to refund, applicants who we do not consider to be working in the sector.
Discounted tickets are available to those aged between 16 and 24 (inclusive) upon presentation of official documentation (a passport, driving licence or similar government-issued national identity document).
If THE FIX has to be cancelled due to force majeure or other reasons beyond our control, we will reschedule the festival for a later date, when your tickets will be valid. Ticket fees may be retained in part or in full to cover late cancellation penalties from third-party suppliers and venue costs. Ticket-holders will not be entitled to compensation for any costs or damages incurred as a consequence of such event cancellation, change or postponement. For example, no compensation will be due for costs related to housing and travel arrangements. All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.
All tickets are non-refundable. Applications for transferring ticket registration must be made by email to mariana@voyagers.io by September 11 2025.
